CREATING WITH CROSSES, PUMPKINS AND HATS!

Finished the  "Red Cross Quilt" and I'm  sure enjoying it in my Art/Sewing Studio!

Also have had fun using some left over crosses from Bible School.

Decided "Angel Marlynne" could string a few thru the Heavens!
I dried some pumpkins stems last year to use for velvet and tapestry pumpkins. Have these with stems made and-

these waiting for next years dried stems!

Got out tonight since it was nice and cool  and harvested the dried blooms for next years zinnias.

Met my new neighbor who wrote this darling little book. She did it thru amazoncreatespace.com!..I'm so excited to find out about this service as I have want to do something like this for years!

She also has knitted all the little characters in the book  with wool from their sheep!  And her Mother painted all the pictures! It's so me!!

We had another Rainy Day Pancake Breakfast on our porch this week!
(This picture got out of order as you can tell!) My neighbor friend's daughter came down in a darling "arty" hat the other day so of course I had to try my hand at one! It's not as cute as her's but I like it anyway!
Another view!

Yum and Fun and Makin Memori

And this is the runt of the pumpkins but the cutest I think! Happy Almost Fall Friends!

Hi Marlynne,
You have a lot going on, I just love those pumpkins you made. And what a great idea for drying the stems from last year. I save my zinnia seeds too! Have a great week,
Dorothy
