CREATING WITH CROSSES, PUMPKINS AND HATS!

Finished the  "Red Cross Quilt" and I'm  sure enjoying it in my Art/Sewing Studio!

Also have had fun using some left over crosses from Bible School.

Decided "Angel Marlynne" could string a few thru the Heavens!

I dried some pumpkins stems last year to use for velvet and tapestry pumpkins. Have these with stems made and-

 these waiting for next years dried stems!

Got out tonight since it was nice and cool  and harvested the dried blooms for next years zinnias.

Met my new neighbor who wrote this darling little book. She did it thru amazoncreatespace.com!..I'm so excited to find out about this service as I have want to do something like this for years!

She also has knitted all the little characters in the book  with wool from their sheep!  And her Mother painted all the pictures! It's so me!!

We had another Rainy Day Pancake Breakfast on our porch this week!

(This picture got out of order as you can tell!) My neighbor friend's daughter came down in a darling "arty" hat the other day so of course I had to try my hand at one! It's not as cute as her's but I like it anyway!

Got this precious little book at a thrift store. It was given as a Christmas gift in 1938! I've enjoyed reading it too!

Th Sari ribbon got used again!. This time for a birthday gift for my precious friend Rose Marie.

Both booths were furnished by the same dealer!

I used another one of my prints as abandoned art and wrote a note and left it. This was at the Bed & Breakfast where we stayed. I also left another one at the booths we liked so well!

Sister Judy and I started the day (5:30 am in the dark) on this porch  at the B & B and ended it there too!
